The Office of Emergency Management will conduct our spring semester test of the WSUAlert system Tuesday, April 7th, 2015 at 12:05 pm. Faculty, staff and students associated with the Pullman campus who have signed up for notification will receive text messages, phone calls, and emails which will be clearly identified as a test. This test will also include the @WSUAlert twitter account and the campus outdoor warning sirens.

Frontier Communications has restored off-campus phone service to the WSU Pullman campus.
>Washington State Department of Transportation Eastern Region currently have a road construction project in Colfax, WA that began Monday, March 9th, 2015 at SR 26 and US 195.
Impacts will be that SR 26/ Palouse River Bridge and US 195 at the Colfax “Y” will be closed during daylight hours when work is underway. Drivers will need to detour one block to the north intersection. Flaggers will be at that intersection to assist turning traffic. All lanes will be open during non-working hours. The power outage which impacted Johnson Hall and nearby buildings early this morning (Wed., Mar 4) has been successfully resolved. All affected buildings have been returned to normal operations.
Early in the morning of Wednesday, March 4th, the WSU Pullman campus experienced a power outage which affected Johnson Hall, Ensminger Pavilion, the Alumni Center, and nearby greenhouses. Crews are on-site working to repair the outage and restore electrical service.
