PULLMAN – On October 29, 2017 at about 1:45 am, Pullman Police officers heard two gunshots as they were responding to a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Duncan. When officers arrived on Duncan Lane, they found numerous persons running in all directions. Both victims were transported to Pullman Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 19-year-old was later released from the hospital.
