WSU Pullman is currently experiencing a loss of power to some facilities and services on the north end of the campus. Crews are working to identify the cause of the outage.

It is unclear at this time how long the power will be out. For the safety of our students, WSU Housing staff are making arrangements to temporarily relocate those students living in residence halls that are impacted by the outage. Students will be moved to other housing facilities on the Pullman campus. Guidelines for wearing masks and physical distancing remain in place. Students are asked to remain on campus and not travel home over the weekend in an effort to help contain the possible spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Classes had already been suspended on the Pullman campus earlier in the day due to deteriorating air quality caused by wildfire smoke. Updates will be posted here as they are available.
